Kimberly Danielle Meadows Clark is a dynamic leader, speaker, and social entrepreneur committed to transforming communities through purpose-driven work, strategic development, and the power of sport.

As the Founder of the HBCU Basketball Association and a Personal Development Coach and Work-Based Learning Coordinator with Alabama Goodwill Industries, Kimberly has dedicated her career to creating pipelines of opportunity for youth, athletes, and underserved communities. Her work sits at the intersection of sports, workforce development, and community impact.

Kimberly’s journey is one of resilience and reinvention. As a teen mother who earned her GED, she understands firsthand the importance of access, mentorship, and spaces that believe in your future before you fully see it yourself. Today, she builds those spaces for others.

Through Kimberly Danielle Consulting & Sports Collective, she partners with organizations, schools, nonprofits, and brands to develop impactful programs, execute culturally relevant events, and create sustainable strategies that empower people and strengthen communities.
